There are hourly direct trains to Gothenburg from Copenhagen's Kastrup airport. The journey takes around 3hrs30, passing over (and under) the Oresund, through Malmo and then up the Swedish west coast. Kastrup is one my favourite European airports, with the train station situated right under the terminal.
